Overview

As a Director of Partner Business Development – Partner Transformation leader for the Americas, you will be responsible for leading a team driving business development initiatives that enable partners to embed ServiceNow’s AI, CRM, and emerging technologies into their go-to-market motions and customer solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partner business development.
• Proven success in driving partner-led business development.
• Deep understanding of CRM and AI markets.
• Experience within complex global partner ecosystems.
• Strong ability to influence partner strategies.
• Collaborative mindset across matrixed teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented with measurable success.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
