Overview

The Client Director for Aerospace and Defense will lead strategic initiatives, manage executive relationships, and drive new business opportunities within assigned accounts at ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in client management and aligning strategies to revenue.
  • 2+ years as a Client Director or similar role with sales experience.
  • Background in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in leading virtual or matrixed teams.
  • Ability to understand macro-level business IT needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
