Overview

As the EMEA Partner Sales Manager at SEON, you will be responsible for executing the global partner strategy within the EMEA region, focusing on building and managing an ecosystem of go-to-market (GTM) partners.

In Short

  • Execute SEON’s partner strategy in the EMEA region.
  • Manage GTM partnerships including AWS and ISVs.
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans.
  • Provide reporting against KPIs for partner performance.
  • Identify and onboard new partners.
  • Lead training initiatives for partners.
  • Run co-sell and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partners.
  • Act as a project manager for partner initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture among partners and teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel/partner sales.
  • 2+ years of experience working with AWS.
  • Proven track record in executing GTM strategies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise in data-driven campaign management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience with partner portals and analytics tools.
