Partner Sales Manager APAC - Remote

Overview

The Partner Sales Manager APAC will execute SEON’s global partner strategy within the APAC region, managing and enabling an ecosystem of GTM partners to drive revenue growth.

In Short

• Oversee training and enablement of key business stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive curriculums and training modules.
• Build and manage partnerships with AWS and other key players.
• Execute quarterly regional partner sales plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams in co-sell and co-marketing initiatives.
• Provide reporting against defined KPIs.
• Support APAC marketing events and trade shows.
• Enable data-driven account targeting with partners.
• Mentor and develop partners and team members.
• Act as project manager for APAC partner-related projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years in channel/partner sales or business development in APAC.
• Experience with AWS and AWS Marketplace preferred.
• Proven ability to execute GTM strategies.
• Strong leadership skills in cross-functional team settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when required.
• Mandarin Chinese speakers preferred.
