We’re looking for a senior-level Business Systems Administrator & Integration Manager to own and scale the administration, integration, and operational integrity of our GTM and Back Office systems. This individual contributor will play a key role in supporting and evolving our enterprise-grade architecture and integration strategy, ensuring our systems (including NetSuite, HubSpot, Billing Automation Platform, CPQ tools, internal provisioning systems, and more) run efficiently, integrate cleanly, and support accurate, scalable operations.

You’ll work as part of a lean, high-impact team within GTM Operations, reporting to our Systems Architect, and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure tools and processes support scale, performance, and data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years in systems administration or IT Ops.
• Experience with NetSuite and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with SaaS billing tools and CPQ systems.
• Understanding of SaaS business processes.
• Experience with integrations and iPaaS tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
