Overview

Perforce is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce and other business applications, to drive optimization and innovation of our business applications ecosystem.

In Short

• Build, test and deploy backend configuration and automation changes to business applications.
• Design technical solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Document new system designs and create how-to’s for repeatable processes.
• Set up integrations between business applications and configure settings.
• Understand sales, marketing, support, and operations processes.
• Enhance and maintain functionality in a multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
• Partner with Business Analysts to clarify technical requirements.
• Operate with autonomy on assigned projects.
• Follow standard SDLC processes for system updates.
• Mentor junior team members on systems administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on administrator of business applications.
• 4+ years configuring Salesforce, with 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Experience integrating business applications within a broader ecosystem.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and a problem-solver.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
