Systems Administrator/Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our hybrid IT environment, including Citrix infrastructure, on-premise systems, cloud services (AWS and Azure), and internal user support.

In Short

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Citrix environments.
• Manage Citrix policies, SSL VPN configurations, and multi-factor authentication solutions.
• Monitor and resolve complex issues in the Citrix environment.
• Administer core Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Support cloud infrastructure initiatives in AWS and Azure.
• Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Python.
• Provide Tier III technical support for end-user issues.
• Manage IT ticket queues and document incident resolutions.
• Lead or consult on IT projects involving upgrades and new technology rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Citrix technologies and Windows Server environments.
• Strong experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in mentoring IT support teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
