Overview

The Senior Business Systems Administrator will work closely with business and technical teams to optimize finance and accounting systems, ensuring effective production support and system enhancements.

In Short

  • Perform functional configuration and system maintenance for Finance & Accounting systems.
  • Provide production support and administer user access in a SOX controlled environment.
  • Lead best practices in Finance & Accounting and provide solutions to business leaders.
  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design, develop, test, and document optimized business solutions.
  • Manage organizational data cleanliness and perform data maintenance functions.
  • Create Process Mappings, Data Mappings, and User Stories.
  • Facilitate solution review and sign-off from stakeholders.
  • Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams.
  • Support configuration and implementation of new functionalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in business systems administration/analysis, especially in financial systems.
  • Netsuite expertise required; knowledge of Salesforce, Blackline, Coupa, Avalara, FloQast, and Anaplan is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SuiteQL and SuiteScript is a plus.
  • Testing/QA skills and knowledge of testing processes.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience managing work within Agile frameworks.
  • Experience in SDLC within a SOX controlled environment.
