Senior Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

SSI is seeking candidates interested in supporting a new DLA contract opportunity beginning in the August/September 2025 timeframe following the award of a new multi-year contract.

In Short

• Ensures the stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections
• Plans, develops, installs, configures, maintains, and optimizes network software and communication links
• Organizes and directs the configuration and operation of information management systems
• Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues
• Conducts capacity and performance analysis
• Increases system administrator efficiency via automated tools and scripts
• Provides end user training
• Offers recommendations on technology direction
• Provides local and remote maintenance support
• Directs the work of other system administrators

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least ten (10) years of specialized experience
• Four years of concentrated experience in software installation and maintenance
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• DLA Experience (preferred)
