In Short

  • You will be responsible for a $2.5M revenue target and you’ll work to bring in additional revenue from follow ups to inbound leads.
  • You will manage inbound leads and develop your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts.
  • You will demonstrate expertise in both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • You will own and manage all processes from lead qualification to client kick-off meeting.
  • You’ll create and present comprehensive SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to prospective clients.
  • You may need to travel to the prospect’s site to further develop relationships.
  • You will conduct preliminary competitive analyses for inbound leads.
  • You will prepare and deliver site-specific proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • You’ll become a thought leader in the space by providing content and speaking at events.
  • You will ensure a smooth transition between Business Strategy and account teams.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Business Development.
  • You are proactive and can manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • You excel in understanding client challenges and recommending solutions.
  • You are comfortable pitching to decision-makers at Enterprise-level companies.
  • You have experience with BD tools like SEMrush and ScreamingFrog.
  • You are diplomatic and insightful with prospective clients.
  • You are open to learning and integrating AI into your work.
  • You are an effective communicator, setting clear expectations with clients.
  • You have proven experience in building and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • You are adept at outbound prospecting techniques.

Benefits

  • Total compensation for this role is $93,000 - 125,000/year.
  • Final compensation will be determined by skills and experience.
  • Bonus for high performance available.
  • Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
