The Principal AI Architect will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through emerging AI solutions and ensuring they realize the full value of the platform.

Requirements

• Several years in solutions engineering or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Proven track record in prompt engineering and agent lifecycle management.
• Experience with machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data stacks.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript and Python.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for exploring new AI frameworks.
