Overview

A Contract Learning & Development Specialist is needed to support the launch and maintenance of programs for a healthcare organization focused on dementia care, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing development of teams.

In Short

  • Monitor the Learning Management System (LMS) and track employee performance.
  • Create onboarding content using course authoring software.
  • Transform training content into various educational materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in organizational development in healthcare.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with course authoring software (Articulate, Google Suite, Canva).
  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Skilled in blended learning and classroom-based training.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
