Overview

The Bilingual Enrollment Specialist serves as the first point of contact for our patients and caregivers throughout their onboarding experience with Rippl, providing a white glove experience and ensuring a smooth transition into care.

In Short

  • First point of contact for patients and caregivers.
  • Accountable for patient engagement and outreach.
  • Schedule first appointments and provide onboarding support.
  • Maintain accurate patient demographics in CRM/EHR.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience in patient outreach and customer service.
  • Proficiency in systems like Google Suite and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Access to reliable internet and a private workspace.
  • Passion for working with seniors and their families.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable in a high-speed environment.
