As a Healthcare Data Analyst at Rippl Care, you will play a crucial role in extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets to drive informed decision-making and enhance the quality of care for seniors with dementia.

In Short

  • Work with seniors and families navigating dementia challenges.

  • Support Clinical Care, Operations, and Business Development teams.
  • Utilize BI tools and data visualization platforms.
  • 3-5 years experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare.

Requirements

  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.
  • Understanding of health informatics terminology.
  • Experience in data warehouse solutions and diverse datasets.
  • Knowledge of population health and quality KPIs preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Adept at queries and report writing.
  • Experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Professional experience with Fivetran ETL framework is a plus.
