The Bilingual Inbound/Outbound Enrollment Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to families during the enrollment process, effectively communicating policies and procedures, and managing high volumes of inbound and outbound interactions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
• Willingness to accept a temporary assignment.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week.
• Quiet work environment and ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and internet navigation skills.
• Must meet specific internet requirements for remote work.
