Overview

The Enrollment Specialist serves as a team member with an acute ability to build trusted relationships with current and potential students while using in-depth knowledge of the university's programs and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• 1+ years of customer service or relationship building experience.
• 1+ years of previous admissions experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High-level understanding of products and degree programs.
• Effective time management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
