Overview

The Learning & Development Content Specialist is responsible for ensuring content quality, operational efficiency, and timely execution of B2B and B2C content needs. This role focuses on evaluating course performance, handling B2B content requests, and streamlining content operations to support business objectives and client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Handle B2B client content requests by identifying and recommending relevant courses from the 1,100-course library.
  • Create course outlines tailored to B2B clients based on their industry-specific training needs.
  • Ensure quick turnaround on B2B content requirements to support sales and client renewals.
  • Review course evaluations to assess content engagement, learner feedback, and mentor effectiveness.
  • Evaluate mentor performance by analyzing course ratings, completion rates, and learner interactions.
  • Maintain the course release calendar, ensuring timely updates and structured rollouts.
  • Track and analyze course performance metrics to provide insights for content optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize content workflows and maintain quality standards.
  • Generate reports on course performance, mentor evaluations, and content impact.
  • Ensure content meets Almentor’s quality benchmarks before publication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Media, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years in a content-related role (e-learning, digital content strategy, or instructional design).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools), and LMS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
