Overview

The Learning & Development Specialist exists to support the effective delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs, systems, and processes that support compliance, onboarding, and capability development.

In Short

  • Assist in the delivery and continuous improvement of Pepperstone induction and other training.
  • Collaborate with the P&C Advisory team to action training needs.
  • Create and coordinate engaging learning content.
  • Develop and maintain training resources.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for L&D.
  • Support effective relationships with vendors.
  • Assist in managing Pepperstone’s LMS.
  • Document all internal L&D processes.
  • Review L&D programs for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with L&D research and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using different technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to oversee execution of L&D activities.
  • Understanding of L&D’s impact on business performance.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred).
