Overview

As an Account Executive on the SMB Growth Team, you will be responsible for upselling the Restaurant365 platform to current customers, managing the entire customer sales cycle, and developing new customer opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage entire customer sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Generate and develop new customer opportunities to increase revenue
  • Work with Growth Sales Manager to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Anticipate and discuss client needs and facilitate solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of R365’s solution and related products
  • Network with existing customers and vendor partners
  • Conduct continual industry research to identify trends
  • Occasional travel may be required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven Account Management/Sales experience
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide solutions
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a sales process
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Organization and time management skills
