Vice President of Pricing Strategy - Remote

Overview

The Vice President, Pricing Strategy will own the development and execution of R365’s pricing and packaging strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness for Restaurant365's product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a high-impact, foundational role—you will be the first hire focused solely on pricing and packaging and will be responsible for building the function from the ground up.

In Short

• Own and evolve Restaurant365’s end-to-end monetization strategy
• Develop scalable packaging frameworks that align with buyer personas
• Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success
• Conduct and leverage market research and competitor pricing analysis
• Design and run pricing experiments and A/B tests
• Lead internal rollout of pricing changes
• Support Sales Enablement with training materials
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging monetization models
• Develop dashboards to track pricing performance
• Build a high-performing team as the organization scales

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy
• Proven ability to drive successful monetization strategies
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and pricing models
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies
