Overview

As a Manager, Sales Development (SDR Manager) at Resolver, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching and developing the SDR team while working cross-functionally with different teams to increase sales productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in SDR Management.
  • College or University Degree in a related field.
  • Aptitude for people management and coaching.
  • Experience in technology field preferred.
  • Passion for solving business problems with technology.
  • Familiarity with inside sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
