The Sales Development Manager at M-Files plays a critical role in driving success within the marketing organization by leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve their targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Manager.
  • Successful track record in driving pipeline and meeting KPIs.
  • Experience with enterprise buying cycles and varied outreach channels.
  • Familiarity with a variety of martech tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills in various formats.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
