Due to strong business development and expansion into Germany, we are now looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) - Germany.

In Short

  • You will take on the legal management of the company.
  • You will acquire new customers, build sustainable and successful customer relationships, and thus be responsible for market growth in Germany.
  • You will lead, coach, and manage sales teams and partners from various industries, focusing on the energy, telecommunications, and PSP sectors, and be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in respective projects.
  • You will develop sales KPIs and utilize consistent application of sales control mechanisms to identify individual early indicators.
  • You will independently develop performance-enhancing measures (e.g., incentive models).
  • Through ongoing proactive market analysis, you will identify trends early and derive actionable recommendations.
  • You will ensure profitability, achievement of sales targets, and continuous optimization of existing structures.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in management or sales leadership – ideally in one of the aforementioned industries – and can demonstrate proven successes in developing market segments.
  • You are a motivated, implementation-oriented personality with a high level of commitment and self-motivation.
  • You think strategically and solution-oriented, have solid business management knowledge, and are not afraid of project activities.
  • Willingness to travel within the sales area (approx. 40%) and a driver's license (Class B) are required.
