  • Industry knowledge and existing network in the construction sector are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • High self-motivation, goal orientation, and independent working style.
  • Willingness to travel within the sales area and occasionally internationally.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Team player with adaptability to an open, performance-oriented corporate culture.
