  • Strong background in sales skills enablement and coaching.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Background in high-growth technology or SaaS environments preferred.
  • Growth mindset with comfort in ambiguity.
