Overview

The People Business Partner, Employee Relations & Governance will be instrumental in building and maintaining the foundational governance for our global workforce. This is a high-impact role focused on mastering the intersection of policy development, organizational compliance, and complex employee relations (ER) management at scale.

In Short

  • Own the full lifecycle of People policies.
  • Lead critical investigations and drive compliance.
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners and legal teams.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER cases across jurisdictions.
  • Analyze ER and compliance data for strategic recommendations.
  • Design and execute global People policies.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for consistent policy application.
  • Lead and manage high-risk employee relations cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated processes.
  • Deliver training on policy application and compliance best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and Compliance.
  • Track record of managing complex ER cases.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for ER and compliance data.
  • Experience advising on best practices for legal risk mitigation.
  • Ability to design and execute global People policies.
  • Expertise in developing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Experience in performance management processes.
  • Proven project management skills with cross-functional partners.
