Overview

The Outbound Sales Development Representative will be part of Remote's Sales team, helping prospective and active customers understand and maximize the Global HR Platform.

In Short

  • Work remotely as part of a global team.
  • Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Research and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
  • Work within a supportive and motivated team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using sales tools.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking ability.
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with new ideas.
  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
