Overview

The Outbound Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving new business acquisition through outbound calling, lead engagement, and closing service contracts and work orders for a U.S.-based facility maintenance and repair services provider.

In Short

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound calling.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Utilize prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Prepare basic quotes and align pricing with margin expectations.
  • Collaborate with operations for seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and client meetings.
  • Provide consistent reporting on outreach metrics and closed deals.
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (U.S. business hours).

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Residing in Latin America.
