In Short

  • Join the Sales team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative.
  • Respond to and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions effectively.
  • Support Account Executives as needed.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated from various sources.
  • Research and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
