You’ll be joining a high-energy, hardworking team that celebrates collaboration, drive, and results. If your sweet spot is building client relationships, closing new accounts, and managing the commercial side of recruitment, this role is for you.

In Short

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calling (150–200 daily), LinkedIn, and email to generate new client leads.
  • Set up and lead sales meetings with hiring managers and business leaders across the UK.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships and become their go-to for talent solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from introduction and pitch to sending T&Cs, contracts, and handling onboarding admin.
  • Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth handover and continued success for every client.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and client management.
