In Short

  • Oversee strategy and delivery of exceptional service and support.
  • Support revenue growth and retention strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue and relationships.
  • Promote product adoption and drive client ROI.
  • Manage team performance and documentation.
  • Work closely with Client Advisors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on account activities.
  • Assist in contract renewals and pricing strategies.
  • Travel may be required up to 25%.
  • Work in a goal-oriented and self-directed environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in client success.
  • 2+ years of leadership/manager experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices.
  • Strong healthcare experience preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborative and flexible environments.
