In Short

• Lead full-cycle U.S. recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other systems.
• Support employee questions related to HR policies and procedures.
• Track compliance initiatives and manage HR audit documentation.
• Develop internal communications and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage HR process documentation and recommend improvements.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI certification preferred.
