Interoperability Product Management Director - Remote

In Short

• Be a subject matter expert of Relatient’s patient access solutions.
• Partner closely with partners’ technical resources and other product management teams.
• Produce detailed design of integration capabilities and required tools.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure capabilities mature.
• Lead discussions with Clients to understand workings and improvement opportunities.
• Gather feedback from internal and external sources to define new features.
• Document use cases and requirements documents for actionable user stories.
• Create and maintain transparency into product development priorities.
• Act as a cultural leader and mentor for junior Product team members.
• Assist in the management of vendor partners to drive overall product strategy.

Requirements

• BA or BS in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 14+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work comfortably in an evolving environment.
• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think critically.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to establish priorities.
• Excellent people skills and ability to engage a broad set of stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience designing interoperability solutions with EHR systems.
• 3+ years of experience with interoperability technologies, including HL7, API, and FHIR.
