Overview

As a Director in Product Management at Travelers, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability across multiple products and states, while collaborating with key stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• Six years of experience in a data-related role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Travelers' business strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of pricing and actuarial techniques.
• Experience managing change and developing employees.
• Understanding of insurance products and their financial impacts.
• Four years of experience in data analytics is a must.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
