In Short

  • Monitor and maintain client health scores monthly.
  • Act as the client’s internal advocate.
  • Drive client renewals and pricing discussions.
  • Identify and facilitate cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to maximize ROI.
  • Advise customers on performance improvement strategies.
  • Develop and nurture customers into advocates.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Client Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Empathy and a great track record of expanding revenue.
  • Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Tech savvy with software implementation experience.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
