Overview

As a Commercial Account Executive at Trackforce, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of our SaaS platform for physical security workforce management, empowering clients with a streamlined solution.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Proactively generate leads through various channels.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial accounts.
  • Upsell and expand existing client relationships.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns targeting commercial prospects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Professional Services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience selling SaaS software to Small Business.
  • Familiar with various Sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume sales environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience with Sales Engagement platforms.
  • Resourceful in sourcing leads and target accounts.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Business proficient in French; Spanish is a plus.
