Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base along with maintaining and developing the relationships with our clients and consolidating our presence on the local market.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth and expand presence.
  • Sign up new partners and provide training on our system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Account management of an assigned portfolio of partners.
  • Follow-up with partners to provide training and improve cooperation.
  • Prepare and manage commercial deals with partners.
  • Control compliance with commercial conditions by partners.
  • Spend 30% of time on business trips for meetings and events.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide regular reporting through CRM and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
