Commercial Partnership Assistant - Remote

Overview

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and managing relationships with host agency partners, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

In Short

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned host agency partners.
• Attend all scheduled host agency meetings and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions.
• Log all partner communications and activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all host agency documentation and agreements.
• Manage and maintain the master host agency marketing schedule.
• Oversee the calendar of tradeshows and conference events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and coordinate collateral for events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative marketing initiatives.
• Generate Supplier Marketing Agreement Addendum agreements and manage the signature process.
• Produce and distribute monthly host agency performance reports to partners.

Requirements

• Experience in partner management or marketing coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
