Marketing Assistant - Remote

Overview

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and managing relationships with host agency partners, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

In Short

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned host agency partners.
• Attend all scheduled host agency meetings and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions.
• Log all partner communications and activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all host agency documentation and agreements.
• Manage and maintain the master host agency marketing schedule.
• Oversee the calendar of tradeshows and conference events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop collateral for events and promotions.
• Collaborate on creative marketing initiatives.
• Generate and manage Supplier Marketing Agreement Addendum agreements.
• Produce and distribute monthly host agency performance reports.
