Readyset is seeking a highly organized Marketing & Operations Assistant to support marketing efforts and day-to-day operations in a fully-remote environment.

In Short

• Assist in creating and publishing newsletters and social media posts.
• Develop marketing materials such as images and graphics.
• Monitor and track marketing efforts.
• Manage the company blog and social media accounts.
• Execute email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Support ongoing marketing experiments.
• Review product signups and manage outreach.
• Assist with data entry and CRM tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and adaptable.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Familiarity with marketing or design tools is a plus.
