Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base while maintaining and developing relationships with our clients.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth.
  • Sign up new partners and provide training on our system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of partners and provide support.
  • Follow up with partners for training and cooperation improvement.
  • Prepare and manage commercial deals with partners.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial conditions and payment flow.
  • Spend 40-50% of time on business trips.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Regularly report through CRM and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Understanding of the travel industry.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
