In Short

  • Join the AMER Commercial Partnerships team to support the Sales team.
  • Manage strategic relationships with Services and Technology partners.
  • Generate new business pipeline through strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive commercial development.
  • Execute revenue-driving programs and initiatives.
  • Align Braze with the partner ecosystem for commercial development.
  • Develop joint strategies and business plans with partners.
  • Lead Business Development initiatives to drive impact.
  • Maintain influence with key stakeholders for partnership goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in Partnerships, Sales, and Business Development.
  • 4+ years in Customer Engagement Sales/Partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen in the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Agile in a quickly changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drive and character that align with Braze's values.
  • Comfortable learning new things in a fast-growth company.
  • Commitment to a collaborative environment.
