Overview

As a Partnerships Associate, you’ll expand Whatnot’s presence in new categories by identifying and recruiting new sellers to join our community.

In Short

  • Become the go-to expert on your category, including seller/buyer dynamics, community channels, influencers, and product nuances.
  • Become the face of Whatnot for the community of sellers and buyers that you represent.
  • Source and reach out to sellers to convince them to join and grow their business on Whatnot.
  • Onboard groups of sellers teaching them how to use the app.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and top strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop business growth strategies.
  • Spearhead diverse marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
  • Use basic data analytics skills (SQL) to derive insights from projects.
  • Utilize key data points to assess category growth and success.
  • Work in an ambiguous environment with limited guidance.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English speaker, with a deep understanding of the French market.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to own strategy and execution.
  • Business acumen and comfort with data analysis.
