Overview

We are looking for a Onboarding Enablement Manager to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth on our GTM teams. This role focuses on developing and deploying a best-in-class new hire onboarding program for various sales departments.

In Short

  • Develop and deliver updated new hire onboarding for all GTM roles.
  • Design and deliver multi-modal training programs.
  • Work inside the Ramp knowledge management system.
  • Own KPI tracking and reporting across post-sales GTM functions.
  • Identify and codify best practices that drive GTM success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience in sales enablement.
  • Experience in developing and launching successful onboarding programs.
  • Subject matter expertise in sales processes and products.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable programs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
