• Design and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for customer-facing teams.
• Own the end-to-end processes of enablement.
• Oversee a Learning Management System.
• Interface with Sales leaders to align on priorities.
• Identify core competencies for Account Executives and technical teams.

• Monitor KPIs and measure success.
• Lead multiple trainings through various delivery methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for complex technology.
• 5+ years of experience in an enablement role.
• Proven track record of leading enablement initiatives.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales leaders and other departments.
• Personable and engaging demeanor.
• Deep understanding of sales processes.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Collaborative leadership skills.
