In Short

• The Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team owns global onboarding, skill development and ongoing education for internal employees and our partner network.
• This role is critical for developing partner enablement programming and delivering targeted regional enablement.
• You will manage enablement projects from start to finish.
• Establish strong relationships with key cross-functional leaders.
• Passion for creating effective and engaging learning strategies.
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role or in training and enablement.
• Strong project management experience with a history of success.
• Experience delivering effective training experiences in person and over Zoom.
• Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of curriculum development and adult learning methodologies preferred.
• Experience in Market Research, Customer Experience, and/or Employee Experience preferred.
