Sr. GTM Enablement Program Manager, HR Tech - Remote

Overview

This role focuses on enabling teams to achieve peak performance by driving alignment with business objectives and optimizing Go-to-Market (GTM) team performance.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in sales, customer experience, or enablement.
• 2+ years of SaaS sales enablement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in GTM business metrics.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude with a passion for empowering others.
