Overview

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in compensation analytics.
  • Familiarity with equity compensation and market benchmarking.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
