Senior Manager, Compensation Partnership - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Compensation Partnership role owns the strategy, implementation, communication, business partnership, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, equity, and recognition.

In Short

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of compensation partners.
• Support the development of a 3-year total rewards strategy roadmap.
• Provide consultative and strategic partnering efforts to HR and business leaders.
• Drive associate and leader engagement through effective communications.
• Lead end-to-end compensation processes with a focus on operational execution.
• Develop and sustain a job architecture for HR and compensation practices.
• Identify and drive process improvement utilizing lean tools.
• Develop and execute the annual calendar of core total rewards activities.
• Develop the wage-related budget based on market data.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations through regular monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits program implementation.
• Experience in analysis and delivery of compensation programs.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Well organized and a strong team player.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
• Occasional travel required.
