Overview

PAIR Finance is revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry since 2016 and is currently active in eight different European countries. We assess the situation of our debtors individually using AI, contact them fully automated yet personally, achieving higher repayment rates without straining the relationship between debtors and our clients. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Partnership Manager to strengthen our Market Team and support our B2B (Key) Accounts with expertise and passion.

In Short

  • Onboarding, support, and development of our accounts and key accounts
  • Main point of contact for our B2B existing clients and responsible for handling client inquiries
  • Gathering and implementing feedback from clients and processes to actively contribute to process and product optimization
  • Continuous maintenance and development of our CRM
  • Ongoing market, competition, and trend observations, measuring the development of our (Key) Accounts based on operational KPIs
  • Representation of PAIR Finance at fairs, congresses, and other events
  • Engaging and exciting projects around sales, account management, and operations

Requirements

  • Successfully completed business studies or comparable training
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as an Account/Key Account Manager in a dynamic environment, ideally in FinTech
  • Experience as Sales Operations/Inside Sales Manager or in Business Development is a plus
  • High customer orientation, understanding of customer conditions and needs, and strong solution orientation
  • Analytical thinking and very good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as fluent English skills
